The team at Firstcom Europe has been providing advanced cloud solutions since 2004 in the UK. It has since expanded across Europe making more than 10 acquisitions over the past few years. Companies such as Telesis and Difference in the UK and other companies in Germany, Sweden and Denmark have come together under the one group, Firstcom Europe. Today, we have hundreds of professionals working in offices all over the continent, and more than 14,000 customers. Our revenue has increased from €2.9m in 2013 to in excess of €36m.

Our Cloud Business Products
Firstcom provides a range of business solutions from one or two person businesses to multi-location large companies. Our solutions use cloud technology that means you can move offices or join your remote offices seamlessly. Working from home can be undertaken easily and all your information is stored safely. In the one application you can enjoy voice, chat, video and document sharing. These services can be accessed from fixed phones, mobile phones or from your laptop whichever you find most convenient at the time. Other features include encryption, call recording, audio or video conferencing.
Our Contact Centres
For contact centres we provide modern unified communications systems with queuing functionality and separate wall boards for providing real time statistics. We offer services to organise incoming emails, texts and SMS as well as outgoing automatic diallers to help you reach customers. Our web interactions include call-me buttons and live chat. We design our systems to enhance productivity and offer self service automation.
Our PBXs
For those customers that wish to use their own on-premises PBX equipment, we offer a range of products that allow customers to connect to Internet Protocol (IP) connections or to ISDN. The functionality of these systems includes; conferencing, presence indicator, connecting and transferring calls to remote sites, toll fraud detection and prevention
SIP Trunks
To connect your PBX to the outside world, customers choose SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) for flexibility, scalability and business continuity. Our service has proven interoperability with all leading IP PABX phone systems and allows customers with multiple PBX sites to have one centrally billed and operated solution with significant cost benefits.
Our People
Key members of the Firstcom management team in each of our countries have extensive experience inside the communications industry. They manage teams of professionals with a wide range of complementary skills who develop solutions for customers that can be operated and configured in each company without requiring expensive outside assistance. We also work closely with a range of channel partners who are trained on the products and work directly with customers.

Christian Bleakley
Christian has over 25 years’ experience in the industry. He founded and has been MD at Telesis from 2009 until his appointment as CEO of Firstcom Europe in 2020. Prior to its acquisition by Firstcom he grew the Telesis business from £0 to £10m turnover and £2.5m EBITDA over a 10-year period.
Christian previously spent 15 years building Britannia Business Communications in to one of the largest independent telecom companies in the North of England and ultimately leading the team to buy out by ATC where he had worked for three years.
Tony Robinson
Tony has been in the telecom industry for 29 years having worked at senior levels in many companies including: Telstra, Hong Kong Telecom, Bulgarian Telecom Company, and Armenia Telecom.
His wide experience includes both working for the major carriers as well as for the challengers in mobile, fixed and the internet markets. His roles have included marketing and sales, regulatory work, and product development.
Anthony Wild
Anthony is a Chartered Accountant and has over 22 years as a finance professional, starting his career at KPMG, before holding numerous financial leadership roles in consumer product and leisure businesses and more recently telecoms.
Anthony has broad finance and commercial experience from his CFO roles in high growth, international, private equity backed businesses across Europe and the USA, with specialisms in strategic acquisitions, business integrations, restructuring and capital raising.
