Working with Forfusion to deploy SIP Encrypt at Westfield Merry Hill – Case Study

Challenge

Forfusion had worked with Westfield for five years and the time had come to unify their communications. The client needed features, functions and a bespoke dial plan that they could manage without the help of the IT department at Head Office. The solution needed to support technical and functional requirements and be aligned to Westfield?s operational and commercial objectives.

Solution

Forfusion chose the Cisco BE3000 as it provided a fully integrated UC platform that would yield ongoing financial and operational benefits.

Firstcom’s SIP Encrypt was selected as the service is fully tested with all Cisco solutions. The solution includes the installation of a fully managed SBC called a SafeGateway device.

Outcome

Westfield are able to benefit from a cost effective solution that was simple to set up, manage and use.
