Q: What are the core values of Firstcom's Partner Programme? (How is this different from everything else I've seen?)

Our partner programme is designed to be a “One Stop Shop” for our partners. We’ve dedicated the time to figure out what you need to be able to offer customers a comprehensive communications solution, from broadband to UCaaS.

We are dedicated to providing our partners with the tools they need to make this happen; not only do we supply hardware, but also provide an extensive array of services with a focus on value, in order to be profitable and competitive.

Q: How big is the Partner Programme?

Firstcom’s partner programme began in 2005 and has gone from strength to strength since then. Our partners have been fundamental to our growth. As our partner base has grown, we’ve developed different ways to partner with us depending on your needs and goals. No matter which Firstcom channel programme you enter, we’ll always be there to help you sell and market our solutions.

Q: How much revenue can I expect with Firstcom's Partner Programme? (What's in it for me?)

This is completely dependent on you and your business model, however we have partnered up with some of the industry’s top distributors to ensure that our partners continue to be competitive and profitable.

From a hosted phone system perspective, it would be very difficult for a partner to find a solution with as many inclusive features as Universe at a better price.

Q: How much revenue can I expect with Firstcom's Partner Programme?

We offer two main types of partnership:

As a Firstcom Reseller you control pricing; you bill and own the customer. We work quietly in the background to ensure you have everything you need to offer your customers with the greatest communications solution available on the market

If you don’t want the hassle of billing, but want to add a wider range of cloud products including VoIP and Unified Comms to your portfolio, then a Firstcom Partner programme may be a better fit. We bill the customer but you take care of customer support.

Q: Is there an affiliate programme?

Yes, we have Referral Partners. You simply refer your client to us and receive commission on every sale. You can trust Firstcom to deliver a quality service and first class support whilst you focus on moving to the next opportunity.

Q: How much heavy lifting does the Partner Portal provide to create and secure deals?

We’ve developed a versatile Partner Portal that enables you to react swiftly and effectively, in order to guarantee that your clients are well cared for. Everything you need to manage your customers from quotation to ordering and provisioning.

We’ll also provide you with co-branded marketing materials that enable us both to promote our solutions through webinars, trade shows and other events. Not only will this increase market share but also revenue for both of us!

Q: How much support can I get day-to-day, with marketing and closing deals?

We have account managers local to you, who work closely to ensure that your business needs and requirements are met. We provide full support from the initial order all the way through to the end user. From provisioning accounts to answering technical support questions and delivering online and in-person demos to your prospects; we’ll be there every step of the way.

Q: What happens if there is a technical issues?

Regardless of the problem we will be there to assist you and your clients, providing 24/7 support through our ticketing system. We are continually evaluating the performance of our services and strive to accomplish world-class excellence at every opportunity. It’s this level of commitment that enables us to maintain a 99+% uptime for Firstcom Universe.

Q: Is there a Partner on-boarding process? (How do we get started?)

Yes. The first stage of this process will see our team take you through a series of onboarding workshops where the goals, processes and procedures will be clearly defined. During these sessions we’ll go into more detail about Firstcom Universe; providing technical training as well as sales presentations allowing your business to expand quickly and efficiently.

Depending on your business size and technical background we have dedicated consultants that understand technology and sales. We’ll work closely to ensure that you’re familiar with all aspects of our service offering allowing you to grow your business.

We also provide regular webinars – these are often hosted by key company personnel giving you an insight into new product development.
