• Calls to Turkey and Syria will be refunded upon application for Firstcom Europe customers using the Firstcom Network
• Calls and call bundles with UCaaS seats will be refunded where calls were made to Turkey or Syria
• Applies to both fixed-line geographic numbers and mobile numbers called
• Effective from 7th February 2023 until further notice. Fair usage applies
