We exhibited alongside 500 of the world’s other most innovative suppliers. With 250 keynotes and seminars, a host of panel debates, show exclusives and more, Firstcom presented its customer engagement solutions to an audience of small, medium and large companies, including John Lewis, Deutsche Bank and the University of Oxford.
Trevor Geraghty hosted two speaker sessions. The first was on the place that bots have in helping businesses serve their customers best and match queries with those staff best placed to answer them. The second was on managed services and the benefits of single contract/contact solutions.
