- All our customers and partners have access to our specialist technical helpdesk. Our team is on hand to help you with enquiries
- Firstcom account management ensures that your expectations are exceeded. From placing your order, through to implementation, training, and ongoing support; customer care is at the heart of everything we do.
- Our qualified help-desk technicians will diagnose and resolve most issues remotely. We will liaise with third party suppliers and technology partners and arrange on-site engineer visits where needed.
- We offer out of hours support options and also maintenance contracts for PBX and other services. Ask our team for more information

Telephone support
To contact support please call 0333 023 7000 and press option 1 during Firstcom working hours. Out of hours, qualifying customers should call 01204 201327 and follow the instructions.
Email support
You can email a detailed description of your issue to Firstcom support: support@firstcomeurope.co.uk. We aim to process emails received Monday to Friday between 08.30 -17.30 within 30 minutes of receipt. For all new request, customers will receive a confirmation email and a case reference number. Partners should email our dedicated channel support team at: partnersupport@firstcomeurope.co.uk
