We’ve dropped call charges for Firstcom Europe end customers contacting their loved ones in Ukraine.

  • Calls to the Ukraine will be refunded upon application for Firstcom Europe customers using the Firstcom network

  • Calls and call bundles with UCaaS seats will be refunded where calls were made to the Ukraine

  • Applies to both fixed line geographic numbers and mobile numbers called

  • Effective from 1st March 2022 until further notice. Fair usage applies
