In your Selfcare portal (https://selfcare.thisisuniverse.io/) you may have noticed a series of question marks. These provide assistance when modifying your account functions as a User or Administrator.
Simply hover over these question marks with your mouse and you will be provided with information to help you make the right selections.
In the screen shot below there are 4 Selfcare Helpers. The helper selected below provides information about how to create a recorded message for your Voicemail greeting.
